Oiboo Morintat

Oiboo is the President and Partner at McKay Advocates. He specialises in corporate & commercial law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, debt restructuring, complex infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships and corporate governance.

Oiboo has acted as lead legal advisor to both local and international clients in numerous transactions across target sectors including construction and real estate, financial services, energy, and the public sector. He is known for his team-oriented work ethic while establishing close client relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective legal advice. Oiboo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Energy & Infrastructure

Engineer Abel Rotich

A highly proficient and experienced leader with a proven track record managing the entire spectrum of people, finance and projects within Geothermal, Hydro, Thermal and Wind Turbine installations. He has headed various regions of the company at different times over a period of more than 30 years.

He is presently the Geothermal Development Director based at the Olkaria Geothermal complex, managing a staff complement of 1,200, an installed capacity of 533 MW and an annual budget of KES 13.5 billion. Plant unit sales from the geothermal plants account for approximately 50% of the company's total combined sales and over 30% of Kenya's electricity consumption.

Banking & Finance

Wilfred Sang

Mr Sang holds a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi and an MBA (Financial Services Sector) from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Diploma in Banking (ACB) and a Financial Studies Diploma (DipFS) from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London, where he is also a Fellow.

He served with the Kenyan Government and Kenya Commercial Bank Ltd for a total of 29 years, rising through the ranks to directorship level for a period of 8 years across both Credit and Corporate functions. He is currently in private business in the auto industry and is also the non-executive chair of the Postal Corporation of Kenya.
